DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

To keep each bride the center of attention and to ensure we have staff and dressing rooms available, we recommend appointments. We do accept walk-ins, ‘cause sometimes the best things go unplanned! Appointments are usually an hour and a half.  We are happy to accommodate your timing, but please call or email ahead to schedule.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your appointment is all about you! From the moment you walk through our door, you’ll have our undivided attention. We’ll learn about your style, your vision and all the details that matter to you. We’ll walk you through our showrooms, pull gowns you love, and get to what really matters: you trying on beautiful gowns.

 

WHEN TO START DRESS SHOPPING

For custom gowns, we recommend giving yourself 12 months before your wedding.  This gives us and yourself time for alterations, fittings and making sure it’s nothing but perfect. But don’t worry last minute shoppers, we carry hundreds of in-stock gowns that you can be take home that day!  

 

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR GOWNS

Our gowns range from $500 to $6,000. Visit our Events page for sales and trunk shows.

 

CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS ON MY DRESS

Absolutely. WCB offers flexible payment plans, financing and layaway options. We recommend applying for financing before your shopping appointment to know what you’ve been pre-approved for. If you’re interested, please contact us to set up your finance consultation.

 

WHAT TO BRING

Consultants will be helping brides in and out of gowns*, so wear what makes you feel comfortable. Additionally, if you have any special accessories you plan to wear on your big day, it’d be a good idea to bring those along too.

WHO TO BRING

Invite a few of your special loved ones who know your personality and your personal style best, and who will listen to your opinion without overstating theirs. For most children, bridal shopping can be a long experience to sit through. If you happen to have children in your bridal party, we do have an assortment of toys that can be brought out at your request.

 

CAN I BRING CHAMPAGNE/WINE?

Many brides like to share a champagne toast to celebrate finding ‘the one’. Wine Country Bride allows you to bring small amounts of champagne/wine for your appointment. We have stemless glasses for you too!

 

Can i bring food?

We want you try on beautiful, well maintained gowns, and for all of our guests to have an incredible experience.

We kindly ask for food and drinks to be enjoyed in the reception lounge in order to keep our gowns in pristine condition. 

 

ALTERATIONS

We’ve partnered with professional seamstresses who work on a contract basis. They use Wine Country Bride space for the convenience of our brides.
